I have a personal zoom acct but would like to open another for our nonprofit

I have a personal zoom acct but would like to open another for our nonprofit, Friends of the San Benito County Free Library. Would I open a new acct for the nonprofit and if so, how do I do that? I've been to the pricing page and nonprofits do not appear as a choice...

I think you need to contact zoom support about the non-profit account. In the blog you mentioned, it only explains how zoom can help non-profit organizations, however, it does not mention any non-profit discounts for Zoom subscriptions.

This message is for Susan Logue. I understand that you're trying to purchase a Zoom account for a nonprofit organization. If your nonprofit has a verified Tech Soup Nonprofit Account you can apply for a discount and pay an Admin fee with the Tech Soup people for the PRO Account. If you're purchasing just one account, it's kind of a "wash". The Admin Fee to Tech Soup $65.00 and with that you received a 50% rate on each account at the rate of right around $75.00 for an annual rate for several accounts. I applied for several Zoom subscription accounts for our church in March of last year. It's a great deal if you're purchasing more than one account. But as i stated previously it's a "wash" if you're purchasing only one . With this selection you can purchase a total of nine Zoom accounts at the discounted rate. There are other options if your non-profit has more needs that this.

No, it has not been resolved. I tried to call and was unable to get through to an agent to activate our Non-Profit Account..
