Some of our people are having difficulties on multiple devices with our Sparks Handbook Verse Sign Up Form. The submit button is there but it's not working. When I did it, it worked but was slow and said "please wait". Is there a way to be sure people can click "submit"?

Well yes. They fixed it last time, but now it did it again. So I was hoping for assistance again. I re-use this form on a weekly basis.
