Text fields: How do I insert line breaks in a body of Header text?

Please see the header text at the top of my form (link is below). It currently looks like this:

Please use this form for OLLI@UGA's Summer Term, class dates July 6 through August 5. The submission deadline is Monday, May 3, 8 a.m. Sorry, no exceptions! Next term: Early Fall, class dates August 16-October 8, deadline May 14. Fields with a red asterisk are required.

For improved readability, I'd like it to look like this:

Please use this form for OLLI@UGA's Summer Term, class dates July 6 through August 5. The submission deadline is Monday, May 3, 8 a.m. Sorry, no exceptions!

Next term: Early Fall, class dates August 16-October 8, deadline May 14.

Fields with a red asterisk are required.

I've tried everything I can think of to insert line breaks and give me the spacing I want, but nothing's working. What's the trick, please?

    Thanks!
