Good Morning My name is Justin Stark with Saturn Freight SYstems, i created a form on your site a little over a month ago, and then exported the code and embedded it in our site.  In the past all my info was auto saved on the site but when i went back to the site today my form was no longer there.

Is there anyway for em to add and email address to this form without having to completely recreate it? below is the code

    <script src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/11163252279"></script>

Please let me know if there is anything else i can do to help?

    Hi Justin,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kindly use the following embed code instead and let us know if it works or not:

    <script src="http://www.jotform.com/form/11163252279"></script>

If you want to send each submission to more than one email address, simply separate each email address with a comma and space. For example:

    user1@mail.com, user2@email.com, user3@email.com, and so on
