Page stuck on “Please Wait” for a customer.

    I have a customer that recently tried to fill out my form and submit a payment on her IPhone. However, her “purchase” button just says “please wait”. I’ve had other submit it perfectly fine on their phones, etc , so any help you can provide would be great!

    Is your form embedded in a webpage or is the issue from stand-alone form only? If in stand-alone then perhaps the problem is with PayPal business integration. You can try our PayPal checkout and see if that works for you.
