Pricing Question

    For most of the year, I think the free version of JotForm will be sufficient for our needs. However, if we should exceed the limit during a month, what happens?

    Do I need to have a credit card on file and I'm charged in months I go over?

    Just want to make sure that we don't lost any registrations during a month if we should exceed the 100 limit or the 10 payment limit.

    Hi Sherri,

    If you exceed your account limit, your forms will be disabled, and no one would be able to see it from your website. Account Submission Limit will reset every first day of each month so if you need more submission during the current month, our recommendation would be to upgrade your account.

    To upgrade, just simply access your My Account - Upgrade/Billing section > Choose your desired plan > Choose your payment schedule and method > Click "upgrade"
