Unable to import/copy form?

Hello,

I am trying to import a form I built for one client over to another client account. When I select import from a web page, it either says no form found or only imports one field with no text.

I am trying to import this form. It took forever to build with the calculations and everything.

Upon checking the link, the form in it is https://www.jotform.com/form/202526387568162, can you use that instead to import or clone the form?
