JotForm PDF Form: Refresh the form with new added PDF pages

i imported a pdf and started the form but then I added a few pages to the pdf, rescanned it in and I want to keep the work ive already done but I want to add more questions from the additional pages without have to manually type the questions.

You can create a form with one exact PDF. If you add new pages to your PDF, you need to upload this file as a new PDF document. Therefore, your PDF file with newly added pages creates a new form independent from the old one. A refreshing PDF file is not supported. I have escalated your request to our developer team, however, we cannot give you ETA on it, as it depends on their workload.
