Attaching PDF File of Submission to Autoresponder Email

    I followed the steps to customize the name of the pdf. It worked for the Notification Email but the Autoresponder still shows the submission ID. Can you please help?

    Hi @Martin,

    Thank you for reaching us.

    I have cloned your form to test it on my end and submitted it to review the Autoresponder Email. For your information, nothing has been changed on your original form. The Autoresponder E-mail I got didn't have Submission ID in any field and there was also no PDF attachment. Please see the screenshot below:

    If you want to add a PDF file of the submission to the Autoresponder Email, please see the steps and the screencast below:

    1. Click the "SETTINGS" tab on the "Form Builder" page, then select "EMAILS" from the menu on the left.
    2. Hold your mouse on the "Autoresponder Email" section and click the pencil icon to edit it.
    3. Select the "ADVANCED" tab on the edit page.
    4. Enable the "PDF Attachment" option from the button next to it, and select the "New Document 1", which is the PDF document created for submissions on the PDF Editor page, from the "Select PDF Documents you would like to attach the email." section.

    And when the form submitted, the PDF file will be attached to the Autoresponder Email and when I checked the name of the PDF file, it was containing the form user's name and the company field on the form. Please see the screenshot below:

    Hi,

    It seems that you are referring to the auto-responder PDF name, I have submitted a test response in order to replicate the issue, However, I have found that the name of the auto-responder is from one of the name fields in the form:

    Can you please check it again and let us know how it goes? If the issue still persists on your end, please provide us a screenshot, so we would be able to assist you further.
