Adding the snippet to my website

Under EMBED, I copied the code and it added the snippet to my clipboard. How do I now find the clipboard and add that URL to my website?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to embed your form in webpage? You need to just grab your form's desired embed code and add it in your web page where you want the form to be displayed.
