HELP .pdf downloads not loading all info from my submissions

Hi there, I'm finding that information in my submissions is not loading to a .pdf when I "download .pdf" I need ALL the information of each of my forms to download into a .pdf format. Please help

In the PDF you have created, it seems that a lot of fields have been removed.

I would recommend you to create a new PDF which will include all of the form's field by default.
