Jotform integration on page very slow

    Hi there,

    We use an embedded Jotform on our site, however we are seeing a huge drop off due to load time. We tried linking it as a pop out frame but we can't track the UTM codes and also there is no consent box.

    From the video below you will see that the wait time is 8 - 10 seconds. Is there anyway of speeding this process up as its really affecting our leads.

    Hello! Kindly note that load time that I got is around 5 seconds on your webpage. The load time depends on the other scripts of the webpage as well. It is not necessary that JotForm is causing these issues.

    Let us know what load time do see. For m it is less than 3 seconds.

    Hi Patrick,

    That loads quicker, but there is no option to add a consent box or cookie box?

    We can't hold that information without it.

    An option would be using a regular Single Choice field, or use the Short Scrollable Terms widget if you want them to read some terms: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/short-scrollable-terms
