Unsubscription not working

    I cannot tell if my package has been downgraded successfully. I clicked to downgrade to free plan, and I clicked the Cancel Subscription button, but it still shows the Premium as my current plan.

    I can confirm that your account was successfully downgraded to the free plan and this change will be reflected on your account  the 13 of november.
