    Dear Support

    Please help me:

    URGENT jotform sometimes not passing values to flow (again)

    Could you kindly check the Flow Checker Tool on Microsoft? Kindly refer to the following guide: Flow Checker.

    In the meantime, I have clear your form cache. Let us know the errors that appear.

    other question, how is it possible to resubmit via api and trigger microsoft flow

    because with api only resubmission but not flow trigger again

    Concerning the resubmission, before we escalate the ticket, can you clarify what you mean by resubmission? Are you updating previous submissions? Or you're simply making multiple submissions to a form?

    resubmission: when a submission is sent again, because you dont send it to microsoft flow because jotform has tons of bugs.

    This is a whole different stuff and has nothing to do with this thread.

    Please understand this sentence:

    JOTFORM IS NOT SENDING THE WHOLE FORM SUBMISSION DATA TO MICROSOFT FLOW EVERY NOW AND THEN (BUG!)

    Please, its very urgent, u pretty much hurting all business users because microsoft 365 / flow is even bigger than netflix in subscriptions

    I have updated the information to our back-end team with the new screenshots and submissions ID you have provided. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

    Jotform system is a connection of several different systems working together. Furthermore, as they are based on various servers, some use outside services. This meant that sometimes it required a lot of different development to take action, make tests and see what need to change, and make sure this part is working but no other parts get damaged/corrupted.

    As such, we are unable to give you an ETA on this, but we will notify you as soon as we get back from our developer.
