I am having trouble viewing my inbox.

    Good morning! I'm having trouble viewing my intake forms through the inbox. I have been getting this message "Temporarily Backend -UNAVAILABLE". I really need this fix as soon as possible. I have new patients coming in everyday and I'm unable to view their intake form. This has been going on for a few days now.

    I also need to change the email that's on file for this account. I can no longer log in to that e-mail account to verify it. Can a new link be send to veronica@tptc.us? If you have any questions give me a call at 256-849-0444.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Unfortunately I cannot check your form's inbox page because of HIPAA compliance. It must be a temporary issue.

    I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache from here. I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and try again to access inbox page of form. The following guide should help you how to clear your browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists, we will escalate the issue to or backend team.
