Hey,
LLoving Jotform so far, it's my new favourite online tool :)
Since updating a few hours ago I cannot link directly to PayPal pool on personal account. Only to the main PayPal account.
Before update it was an option. When I try to use pool link as account it will not connect
I may also be missing something very obvious, but it was working fine yesterday.
Thanks
Michelle

Hello Michelle - Glad to hear that you're loving our platform.
Are you working on this form? https://www.jotform.com/form/210306451877051
I see the PayPal pool is added as SubLabel of the payment box. If you wish to make it a hyperlink, you can do so using Paragraph Field. Example:
Give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

MichelleReplied on February 3, 2021 at 5:00 PMHey Sonnyfer,
Thanks for getting back to me, and yes, that is the masterpiece in
question!
I am aware of the hyperlink as an option, but yesterday there was an option
for PayPal Pool as a specific payment option. This worked up until the
latest update, that I installed this morning.
Using a hyperlink becomes problematic on mobiles etc, and gives the option
to skip donation and submit form anyway.
At the moment the form redirects to PayPal when you submit, but the money
goes to the main account and not the specific pool. This means that people
cannot follow the progress as they donate and causes problems for us in
managing donations.
I spent an hour on the phone to PayPal today, and they are pretty sure it
is not a problem their end.
As I said, yesterday paying directly into PayPal Pool was a specific
option, and working.
Thanks for looking into this,
Michelle

Sorry about that. As far as I know, we don't support PayPal pool integration yet. Do you have a screenshot showing PayPal pool option, by any chance?
If you wish your users to submit your form first before sending money to the PayPal pool, you can edit the Thank You page add the PayPal pool there, or redirect them directly to the PayPal page after submitting your form.
Please see detailed instructions here.

MichelleReplied on February 8, 2021 at 3:11 AMHey,
Unfortunately I only screenshot Ted when it was successful. Pretty sure it
was a payment pathway like PayPal business, or PayPal Pro. Or else a drop
down option withing PayPal personal settings. Is it possible to pass this

Hello Michelle,
We are sorry for any inconvenience. As my colleague mentioned above, you can only insert the link in the Paragraph field or Thank You page. We never had a gateway like PayPal Pool. You can check all the gateways we have from here.
Also, here is a blog on What is a PayPal Money Pool that you may want to check.
