Notifications is not working

People that submit the CAP-GOWN-DIPLOMA FORM receive an email but notification email is not working.

Could you solve this problem ASAP?

I have cloned your form: 210335898668066 and did test submissions. I was unable to recreate the issue. Could you let us know which submissions that don't trigger notification email?

Additionally, may we submit a test submission on your form?
