I have had countless clients over the past few weeks, be unable to sign the E-signature on our JotForms. From a previous message I posted, I followed the recommendation by another user to convert and embed the form as a iFrame and that should fix the errors customers are having.
After taking the time to convert the code to an iFrame and upload individually on the form pages which include E-Signatures, some customers are still having the same exact issues.
Are there any other suggestions to fix this problem. Is anyone else having upset customers due to the E-signature?

The iFrame code is the right one, and I can confirm that the signature field is working fine when I test it.
However, it might not work as supposed on outdated computers/mobile devices. As far as I know, it might not work on:
- Windows XP with Internet Explorer 7, user will need to use some modern browser or at least upgrade to Internet Explorer 8.
- Standard browsers on old Android 2.x mobile devices, you might suggest trying some alternative browsers like Opera Mobile Classic.
I will escalate these issues to our Development Team, but I do not know if the signature can be updated to be compatible with really old browsers/devices.
If you have any issue with other browsers/devices, please let us know.
