Hello!
Whenever I try to use the Field Manager App (https://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-manager), it gives me an error when I try to "open a form" - I attached a screen shot.

Can you please use a different browser(private window/incognito mode) or device?

Hi! Thank you for the suggestion.
I tried Safari and Firefox and Chrome Incognito. I made sure to enable cookies. The error message still comes up.
We have a hippa compliant account - could that be an issue?

That is correct. The field manager app does not support HIPAA forms.
Let me send a feature request to our backend team. Maybe they can make it possible in the future. Though we cannot give you an ETA, rest assured you'll be apprised here of any updates.
