    Hi,

SSL submissions are sent over secure network connections, therefore, the chances of information leaking or getting intercepted is lower than that of a regular submission. To learn more about SSL, please click here

Free accounts get a monthly limit of 100 regular submission, 10 secure (ssl) submissions and 10 payments, whichever comes first. That means your forms will be disabled once it reaches any of those limits, regardless of the remaining limit for the other submission types.

For example, if you have maxed out your ssl submissions (10), your forms will still be disabled even if you haven't used up any of your monthly regular submissions. Same goes for payments and ssl.

Hopefully this post sheds some light into the matter. Do not hesitate to contact us again if there's anything else you'd like to ask.

    Thank you for using Jotform.
