Why is the Captcha form not loading?Asked by goeltzeb on November 04, 2013 at 07:59 PM
I used jotform to make an uploader form on my site. However, I am stuck on one thing. I can't get the "captcha" function to load on the site. I took a look at the code, and I'm seeing a blank attribute, the loading gif, and the reload attribute, but nothing for a CAPTCHA. Here's what I see:
Is it possible that some code is missing this section? If so, can you tell me what to write?
I do see that on the site the signature does not appear. I've tried embedding your form on a blank html file and the signature does display. Kindly try embedding the form on your site using the iFrame Method.
This is a screenshot of the form embedded on a blank html file using the iFrame Method:
Do let us know if you need further assistance, Thank you.
Sorry Cesar. That method did not work either. The site builder I am using (squarespace) does not work well with iframes. I really need to make the source code work. Other ideas?
Hello, Kindly try to embed your code as a Secure Form.
So far I have been able to get Captcha to work on Squarespace as long as the Form is embedded as a Secure Form, when the form is not embedded as a Secure Form captcha will not work.
Here is my screencast http://screencast.com/t/BC0S44mM3,
I embedded the form as iFrame, you can try this too, if this does not work to your liking try embedding the form as a secure form with the original method you were working with.
