Feedback button & Lightbox show up and work when I view my site through Google Chrome. However, when I use IE (version 8) only the Lightbox link is apparent but it will not open.
We are a church and many of our viewers will have older computers and older versions of IE. Is this a browser problem or something else?
I love JotForms!!!! Please help me work this out. Thank you.

It would be great if you can give us the link to the page where the forms are embedded. It would definitely help us in finding the cause of your problems and hopefully come up with a proper solution.
We look forward to your response. Thank you for your cooperation and have a great weekend.

Here is the link to the page with the embedded forms
This page is just a test so I have embeded several versions of the same form. There are four forms on the page. On is a direct link, two are 'feedback' buttons on the top of the page and one is a lightbox. The direct link works fine. The feedback buttons do not show up in older browsers and the lightbox appears but does not work in some browsers.
I have found that the forms work in IE 8 on some computers but not others. They do not seem to work in older versions of IE at all.
This could be a problem on our end but I appreciate any help you can give.

To solve this problem, let only one of the multiple feedback codes call the Jotform feedback JS file. Remove this part from the other Feedback/Lightbox embed codes:
so it becomes:
Make sure that one of the feedback codes has that line intact, otherwise, none of your feedback buttons will work.
Let us know how this solution works for you. Thank you for using Jotform.
