I made a jotform where I asked for social security # to send out to my employees for easier compiling. I didn't realize that would result in an account suspension. Now that I know, I will not make any more forms that include this. Would you please reinstate my account?

Hello David, I've reactivated the account, but had to delete the field that caused the suspension.
