Unable to submit the form

I am doing a test of my questionnaire for the Single filing status and keep getting hung up when trying to submit it. What do you suggest?

Can you please let us know do you get any error messages when you try to submit your form? If so, what? Is the problem related to the screenshot you have provided? In this case, please make sure that you have properly filled all fields on your form. You can scroll up, and you will see an error message next to every field where data in it is not properly filled.
