    Hi,

    Unfortunately, our Stripe payment option doesn't have built in shipping feature. The only workaround for this is to create a fixed shipping cost for all regions.

    To do this, simply create product and label it "shipping" then mark/select by default.

    You might consider checking on this article also that I've found on the internet about stripe shipping cost.

    If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    as the Striped service doesn't have any TAX or shipping cost options built in, you will need to add an extra product to your form called "Shipping costs", this shipping costs should be set as required in order to add the shipping cost to your final total order.

    Once you added this new "shipping costs" product you can hide the product item checkbox from the final form by injecting custom css to your form.

    Check the following steps in order to achieve what explained before:

    From your form builder:

    1. Click on the payment tool wizard icon

    2. Click "Next"  to proceed to the "Payment Options" step, and check the options "Users can select multiple priducts", "Show total on the form" then click on next to go to the "Products" page.

    3.  Add a new product called "Shipping costs", set the price and check the "Required" option. Save the product and finish the wizard.

    4. In order to hide the shipping costs item checkbox, inject this custom css to your form

    #input_1_1002 { display: none; }

    I made a form example http://www.jotformpro.com/form/33084171758963 feel free to clone it in orrder to make further investigations

    Thanks

    @fish4red

    It is now possible to add shipping and tax costs to your Stripe-integrated form.

    You can also specify tax-exempted products and even enable location-based tax surcharges.

    Kindly give it a try and let us know what you think.

    Cheers!

    Hi Diane,

    Since this is a very old thread from 2013 - last time updated by our developer a year ago, I have moved this to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/559110 where we will assist you in setting this up properly shortly.

    Please leave all of your further replies on that other thread.

    Thank you.
