Need help logging in. Says we are locked out.

    I see that your account is currently Active and in good standing, so you should be able to log-in without issue.

    I do also see that your account is HIPAA-Enabled: earlier today you may have experienced a "Back End Temporarily Unavailable" message: this has since been fixed. You may need to clear your browser cookies and/or cache and then refresh.

    Could you please try again and let us know if the issue persists?
