404 Error: Why am I getting this error when I try to view uploaded files?

    I'm getting 404 error when there is an attachment with the below form.

    On Mac - I can download the attachment but on regular PC it given me error 404.

    I do need to allow multiple uploads - should I limit those to may be 5-10 if that works.

    Please see form url below where I'm having issues.

    Hello Kirpal,

    I understand that you are not able to view uploaded files on your PC. This issue could be fixed by turning off the option "Require log-in to view uploaded files."

    I checked your account, and it looks like you have already turned it off. Is the issue persists?
