Not receiving form notifications

    When a new customer signs up, I am no longer receiving a confirmation email - last one received mid December.

    I can login and see that they have successfully signed up but I am not being notified.

    I changed to an alternate email address but that doesn't work.

    It is not being collected as spam and I have whitelisted jotform.

    Please advise.

    Hello Chris,

    I've checked your account and your form "Customer Information" and found that your forms submitter had received their notification emails normally, the point that you don't receive a notification email because that you didn't verify your email, that's way our system doesn't send you any submission emails. I have sent the verification email again to you, please respond to it to activate all the features of your Jotform account.
