some of our employees are having trouble downloading the excel reports for the various form responses.

after following the excel report link provided, I didn't found any issue downloading it, could you describe more the "troubles" that your employees are experiencing while downloading the excel report in order make further investigations, if an error message appears could you share with us, screenshots of this issue, could be helpful.

In addition to what my colleague has posted, you could also try to delete the current report by selecting the form>Reports and clicking the "Trash" icon.
Afterwards, you can proceed on creating the same report which gives you a new Excel link. Sometimes this fixes related to trouble downloading Excel reports.
