Subuser account has reached limits

    Hi - we can't remember how to have a subuser (we are on a grandfathered plan) assign their forms to the master account so they inherit the same unlimited forms/submission limits/etc. as the master account. We have a Gold plan at the master level and one of our subusers just got a notification that their account is disabled because it's reached its limits. Can you please help?

    The sub-accounts do not inherit the limits of the main account. I.e., if the sub-account user is on a Starter (Free) plan, then it will have the limitations of a Free plan.
