How can I resolve an issue with my jot form that connects to Constant Contact list?

    I have a jot form list that when it is used, the names are to go directly into my Constant Contact list for this subscription list. Right now on Jot Form there are over 500 plus names entered but only 300 in my constant contact file.  THere seems to be a breakdown and I have no clue how to fix it.  Currently I saved the list as an excel file and downloaded it directly into constant Contact.  I should not have to do this... need help?

    Hi Laurie,

    Thanks for reporting.

    Have you tried re-integrating your form to Constant Contact? I am not quite familiar with constant contact limits, have you checked if they have some limits set on their end per account?

    To re-integrate,

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Click Integrations

    3. Go to Email tab

    4. Select Constant Contact and click Removed Integration button on the next window.

    I am not really sure if the problem is related to Jotform or from constant contact so we'd appreciate if you could re-integrate the form and get back to us if the problem still persist.

    I have also cleared your form cache and daily api limits from our end. We'll await your updates.
