A message tells me to "Create My own Jot Form."

    I had signed up for this course:

    Canvas Fundamentals Online Application (Jan - March)

    And when I received what I assume is confirmation for the course, it had a message to Crate Your Own Jot Form.

    What form am I supposed to create?

    Dear michaeldamianjeter,

    Thank you for making your inquiry at JotForm support.

    About the "create your own JotForm" message coming to you after you signed up for a class, I believe that the site owner (website where you applied for an online course) has used our JotForm feature to have people sign up for the class.

    Hence, please request the site (where you signed up for the online course) to remove the message at the bottom of their form, kindly un-check " Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms" on their JotForm account settings page.

    If they remedy that, you won't be getting that unnecessary message from them.
