Hi, I want to cancel my subscription which was updated today and have a refund. I’ve no work coming in, and no cash due to lockdown. Can you advise?

As per request, I have cancelled your subscription and processed a refund for the Bronze yearly renewal.
Your account is now back to the free plan.
