Users are advising they cannot complete credit card details on my form

    Hi, please can you help? I have had two people report to me that the credit card details boxes are not able to be completed. Is there anything that is wrong with the form or the payment widget? Strangely three others have been able to submit and pay successfully.

    Could you provide what kind of device and browser were they using?

    Hi, thanks for your reply. I think I discovered the problem. The link that I had published on our website was the one which was provided when I clicked 'Publish' ...


    However, that is not the same one that we had been using when testing, which was:

    This is the one that you get when you select to 'View' your form. The EU link works absolutely fine, but the form.jotform one is the one which causes these issues for some browsers.
