My form is disabled.

    Hi Jotform

    I try to build a form that is a poll, so that people can vote for one of ten different videos, and it is supposed to further integrate with MailChimp. I tried but I'm not conviced of the form's look and functions. Anyway the form is disabled - what do I do?

    Hello Tobias,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. That is the reason all your forms are disabled. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Your forms are now enabled.
