Account suspended

    Hi, I was in the middle of editing my form, and suddenly I was logged out, and when I try logging back in nothing happens.


    My account was linked to my Google account, it doesn't let me sign up again with that email either.


    I'm not getting any error It just doesn't proceed further.


    I tried clearing cookies and cache as well as through an incognito window with no luck.


    Please help!

    I cloned the form and my account was suspended again, can you please reactivate it as soon as possible?

    Hi Aron,

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended because of the "Username & Password" fields you have added in the form https://form.jotform.com/210375600527348 Please check the screenshot below:1612887049 6022b4091e287  Screenshot 10

    Please note that it is not possible to use an authentication form in JotForm and creating such a form violates our terms of use. I have deleted the guilty fields from your form and activated your account again.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    Kindly refrain from creating a form with email/password, login/password, or credit card details.

    Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Hi,

    Thank you your response, as you can see in previous threads the form is asking users for a password, it's asking users to create a password.

    Please whitelist the forms on the account so my work doesn't keep getting interrupted.

    The account was reactivated, but please avoid using keywords such as "password" as we have a system to detect phishing activities and this is one of the highest rated in the blacklist, it will trigger the suspension automatically.
