Our account was approved for unlimited forms under healthcare provider but it still shows starter status. Can you please check. Also, I submitted application for free HIPAA account. Please check that as well. Thank you!!

Do you mean to say that you have applied for our Corona responder program? I did check your account "expresshamilton378" and it is not approved yet.
What is the "JotForm Username" you have used in the application? Please let us know, and we will take a look.
