Hello. Thank you for posting your inquiry here on the forum.
When you integrate yoru form using the Google Drive integration, your form does these things when submitted:
1. Submit form data to JotForm Servers.
2. Issue email notification
3. Forward submitted data from JotForm Servers to Google Drive.
So based from this sequence, yes it will count on your storage limit as it needs to be in our server before JotForm forwards it to your Google Drive account. You can always choose to delete the submissions to conserve space on your JotForm account but be sure to have backups for doing any kind of deletions.
