Email notification not receiving from recipient

    Hello,

    Submitted forms are no longer being pushed through to my email address.

    Is there anything I can do to make sure that the completed forms make it to me? When I send through tests they make it ok but actual clients are having trouble.

    Thanks so much. I've gone through and made those changes.

    It was just weird because I've never had a problem before and then in just the past couple days I've had a couple people tell me they submitted and nothing came through.

    Hopefully this fixed it.

    I am having the exact problem with my email alerts. I don't know what to do.

    Implementing the changes suggested by my colleague should have solved your issue. Do test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.
