    Email notification not receiving from recipient

    Submitted forms are no longer being pushed through to my email address.

    Is there anything I can do to make sure that the completed forms make it to me? When I send through tests they make it ok but actual clients are having trouble.

    Thanks for posting your issue Sarah.We apologize for this inconvenience concerning about the notifications.

    I have checked your email address "sarah.x.xxxxxx@gmail.com" but is not in our bounce list. I have also checked our mail logs but I can not find any errors:

    /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[06/Nov/2013:13:42:15 -0500] 21527182293251 AmazonSES Sent email to sarah.x.xxxxxx@gmail.com -  MessageID:000001422eb8d9a2-239668a1-1ee3-4f57-b88d-62469207b605-000000 - RequestId:28246015-4713-11e3-b102-d9788b54193d

    It most of the preceeding logs are the same and was successful sending the notifications on your email. Have you checked if your spam folders or junk folders if they somehow sent there?

    Another possibility is that you have not set the "Sender Name" properly you left it as "Please select". You should set it to either Jotform or set it to a Name field on your form. Some email providers will react to this as a spam if there are no Sender Name.

    Thanks so much. I've gone through and made those changes.

    It was just weird because I've never had a problem before and then in just the past couple days I've had a couple people tell me they submitted and nothing came through.

    Hopefully this fixed it.
