Back End Still Unavailable

    Good Morning,

    We are receiving reports that our forms cannot be publicly accessed. Users are being redirected to a page that tells them the form is experiencing a high volume of traffic. This occurred last week. We are looking to launch this form to our members today, however I am not sure with the increase in technical issues I would feel comfortable sending this out to our members. Is the issue with back-end going to be a recurring issue? See copy of error below.

    Everything seems to work fine on our Test account.

    I have cleared your form's cache, could you please let us know if the issue persists?

    In the meantime, I have also escalated this to our backend team for further investigation.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had an unexpected and extraordinary load that caused the issue. Our backend team has already fixed the issue and the forms should be working fine. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
