We just bought the Silver plan. I revised this situation in the forum because the photos taken by TAKE PHOTO gadget were so bad resolution. So we are using the uplad attachements function without size limit. The pics sent to the Email are ok, but the ones in the PDF are really not workable. Just as in TAKE PHOTO gadget.

This totally defeats the reason we want to use Jotform for. Clientes uploading their invoices and medical documents. We need all the info in ONE pdf. We want tu cut the dispersion or so many files to deal with.

There must be something we can do. Please help.

PS. I researched a bit in google and I think you are formatting by default the PDF in low res. Please that is a function we clients should decide. It should be 300 DPI so we can actually read the info sent by clients.

Please note that the resolution of the uploaded image and the resolution of the image being displayed in the PDF document will not be the same.

I am creating a feature request ticket and escalating this to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
