HIPAA forms: 502 back end error

    Hello,

    Since last week, we are experiencing difficulties trying to get to the Jotform website.

    There was a morning when no one can get access to Jotform. It was always with error message "Jotform is experiencing high traffic"

    This morning, between 8:15am to 8:45. The jotform cannot be submitted. There is a 502 error message after a long wait submission.

    Later around 9:30am, we experiencing long wait during refreshing the page. Even though it was loaded, all the submissions were named "Submission #".

    Please do something in the server end so we won't have to use an inconsistent service and get back to the classic paper forms again. Thank you!

    We apologize for any inconvenience, we've been reported that there was an issue with our HIPAA related back-end earlier today and it's recovered by now, please try your forms and let us now if you still having the problem, so we shall escalate it to our developers team again.

    Hello,

    It is taking hella long to load when we refresh the page/click on a page. (stays on the envelope icon hella long)

    After the long wait, it's either loaded successfully, the "back -end" error message, or 502 bad gateway message.

    Hope it is fixed soon.

    Hello @Email_Team_info,

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic and this caused some forms to be crashed. All necessary precautions have been taken by our DevOps team to prevent Jotform from future downtimes.
