Exceeded Upload Space

I am on the free account. It said I had exceeded my upload space, so I deleted all the submissions there is nothing there anymore and it is still telling me I have exceeded my quota. Why is it doing this?

Kindly permanently delete the submissions on the trashed entries to free up your upload space.

Click the Delete Forever button, and confirm the deletion in the popup window.
