Submission emails are not being received.

    I have set up Jot forms for my client:  They use it for their contact form.  They are not getting emailed sumbissions from the form.  I have tried setting it up and looking at this forum for similar issues, but they still are not recieving emails.  Any thing you could do to help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. The last submission you received was on 4th November, 2013 and please see the log here for that particular submission:

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
