Hello,
We are over our storage limit for a free account, so we deleted our submissions. However, it is still showing as over. How do we delete our current storage?

I have recalculated your account limit. It shouldn't appear as over the storage limit now.
Kindly reconfirm it on your end and let us know if you still encounter the storage limit.
