Server down for HIPAA accounts

    I have people telling me my form is not accessable again due to server traffic. This has been a continual problem. Is there going to be a permanent fix?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    The issue was reported to our backend team. We have received an update from our team just now that the issue was caused due to database connection. Our developers have already fixed the issue.
