HIPAA Account: Temporary Back-end Unavailable

    Since last Friday your program has not reliably been working - every time my team tries to log into Jotform either we receive an error message "temporarily back end unavailable" or our forms will not load. If Jotform cannot be a reliable platform we will need to switch platforms. Please let us know how this issue can be fixed as soon as possible.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    The issue was reported to our backend team. We have received an update from our team just now that the issue was caused due to database connection. Our developers have already fixed the issue.

    Today is Friday, February 12th, and I am still receiving a backend unavailable error message whenever I try to log in to JotForm. This is causing a significant interruption in my business.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
