Can you move a created Template from 1 account to another

    Hi


    I have 2 Jot Form accounts - 1 for Girls Brigade and 1 for work. I have created 2 templates in my Girls Brigade one that needs to be in my work one. Can you move these over or do I need to create again?

    Hello Leanne! I believe that you're referring to forms. Yes, we can move your forms from one account to another. Please pass us the Form IDs/URLs that you want to transfer. Also let us know the username to which ownership of these forms is to be transferred.

    Hi,

    The move request should be coming from the form owner's account. Please open the account where the form is located. After that, provide the account username and we will check it further.

    Also, the account (ttpadmin) is deleted. Do you want to let us activate it?
