Unable to download uploaded files

    I can’t see my documents when I click to see it when it’s uploaded on the file. It says whoops so what do I need to do?

    To view uploaded files, you need to be logged in to your Jotform account. You can disable Require log-in to view uploaded files. option from the account settings:

    Mine is doing the same exact thing and after I changed the settings I am still getting the "whoops" message. Please Help
