    Can you automatically submit a prefilled JotForm using the URL only? - not using java.

    Example on google Forms - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1PrgNLSdZAVfLeqogKJKixBuYC8Ve8CQ-3FnhUX5_4Zg/formResponse?ifq&entry.537131491=Every+Six+Months

    The above link will automatically pre fill the response and submit the form.

    Looking to do the same in JotForm.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    you can achieve something similar by downloading your form source code and adding this script inside the head section of your form's html file, once you open the page, the form will be automatically submitted with the information previously populated at the URL.

    Javascript CODE:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    function formAutoSubmit () {
    var frm = document.getElementById("YOURFORMID");
    frm.submit();
    }
    window.onload = formAutoSubmit;
    </script>

    Please check this example that I made by downloading  the form source code and adding the javascript code on it:

    https://shots.jotform.com/guilledutra/autosubmit/autosubmit.html?name=Guille&email=test@example.com

    How to get your form source code

    How to prepopulate the form url

    Hope it helps

    please let us kno if you need further assistance

    Thanks
